Shipping Information

All packages are shipped with UPS, therefore we are unable to ship directly to a PO box. We are unable to facilitate international orders at this time. Please note that UPS Ground shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. Tracking will be provided as soon as your item ships.

3-Day Select — $10.99 flat rate
2-Day Air – $15.99 flat rate

Returns & Exchanges

Our return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund on regular priced items. Sale items are final sale. To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@shopluckypenny.com with the order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
